On request your order can also be shipped with GLS, FEDEX or DHL but shipping is than more expensive. Send us an email for more info.
Packages up to 2000 grams can also be sent with International Pakket Basis, this is a little bit cheaper but your package is not insured!
We advise you to choose always International Pakket P|lus as shipping method.
Inquiry
When a package does not arrive in the normal time with an extra 2 to 3 weeks inform us of the delay.
We will inform TNT and they will try to find out what happened with the package.
This inquiry can take up to 3 months before they know what happended with your order.
Most of the EU countries will pay for the damage.

Damage
Please report any damage to the person who brings the package
There must be a notice on the freight letter or a special form with your complaint.
If you don't report the damage mentioned as above you will not be compensated
