Zones Internationaal Pakket Plus
Zone 1: Belgium, Luxembourg.
Zone 2: Germany, Denmark (ex Faeröer en Greenland), France, Italy (ex San Marino en Vaticaancity), Austria, Spain (ex Canarian Islands), Great Brittain (ex Gibraltar en Canal Islands), Sweden.
Zone 3: Estland, Finland, Hongary, Ireland, Letland, Litouwen, Poland, Portugal (inc. Azoren en Madeira), Slovenia, Slowakia, Tsjechian Republik.
Zone 4: Albania, Andorra, Bosnië Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canarian Islands, Cyprus, Faeröer, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Iceland Yugoslavia, Canal Islands, Croatia, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Malta, Moldavia, Norway, Oekraïne, Roemenië, San Marino, Turkye, Vaticaan City, White Russia, Switserland.
Zone 5:All other countries such as: USA, Canada, China, Australia, New Zealand, Argentina
Zone 5 is priority, on a limited number of countries you can also ship economy. We strongly advice you to use always priority because a lot of products have an expire date of only a few months.
The costs of economy shipping are less than priority but the shipping time is at least 10 weeks (shipping by sea)
On request your order can also be shipped with GLS, FEDEX or DHL.
Packages up to 2000 grams can also be sent with International Pakket Basis (choice 1 inside Europe, choice 2 rest of the world)
The Holland Shop will never let you pay too much for shipping, is the package lighter and therefore shipping in a lower categorie we always credit the money on your next order.
Inquiry
When a package does not arrive in the normal time with an extra 2 to 3 weeks inform us of the delay.
We will inform TNT and they will try to find out what happened with the package.
This inquiry can take up to 3 months before they know what happended with your order.
Most of the EU countries will pay for the damage.
